    专业知识成了资本

    自几年前的一次晚自习入教室值班,有学生笑:"信息技术教师值班,好假哦!"以来,我对值班一直没有好感,虽然有抵触的情绪,但工作安排下来的晚自习依然按部就班地进了教室,因为除了遵守别无选择.

    刚上班的那几年,有学生问化学、数学等习题,也耐性地讲解,后来慢慢地就学会了推辞,“不在其位、不谋其职”,学会了让学生去找自己的学科任课教师。

    昨天晚自习,照例是带了笔记本,检查学生的作业,备份、评等级、排座位、备课……象往常一样,只用安心地做完自己的事后,还可以看看新闻,聊聊天,灌灌水……但第一节自习下课,突然有一男生拿了数学模块3的习题上来问我,我一看,原来是算法,题目是求1~1000内的所有偶数之和。本想拒绝,但想了想,还是耐性地给他讲解了下。

    谁知,一转眼,上来了三四个问问题的,难的易的都开问了,看到他们这么高的学习热潮,我自然是高兴,固然不是因为信息技术课程本身的内容,但毕竟是我专业知识范围内的,讲解自然顺手也容易。其中有男生居然问到了他们课程进度后面的难题了,讲解完后突然有一种特别的满足感。

    今天上午,高一一数学教师龙老师电话来,开口就问:可不可以在他们班的信息技术课上给学生上算法?我拒绝了他,原因不必细说,但这样被要求的感觉让我再一次觉得专业知识的重要。我让他自己利用数学课到机房来上课,我们信息技术教师可以辅助他们上课,但不会利用信息技术课去上数学课的内容。

    回头上14班的课,问那几个在学C的学生,目前他们学数学中的算法是不是特别简单,他们很肯定的回答了我,这让我心底又多了几分安慰。不管怎么样,能得到肯定也许就是最期望的直接的结果了吧。
